Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holiday's. Package should arrive within 5 days from the date it shipped out. This is just an estimate it may arrive sooner depending on location. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.  

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and/or FedEx. Pure Loungewear does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
